Ella Hamm has been playing the piano for more than 10 years. Starting piano lessons at age 5 and an Evergreen Music School guitar alumna, she began teaching piano to preschoolers at Evergreen as a high school student. She is currently a sophomore at Cincinnati State, studying to earn her associate’s degree in Sign Language Interpretation.

Ella enjoys working with young students, shy or hesitant kids, and kinesthetic learners. She is passionate about her students developing strong piano finger technique, an internal sense of rhythm, and always challenging them to do their best.

Outside of Evergreen, Ella is connected with a wide range in other areas of the arts. She enjoys performing with the local theater company Inspiring Arts Productions and being a dance instructor for Christian Dance Alliance and CAFE Homeschool Co-op.
